stock ecu wiring?in to rx2

Hi guys,as always thanks in advanced!I recently bought an rx2 wich i, god willing ,will be puttting an s5 jdm turboII engine in it .Now the question is how would you connect the stock ecu to make it work and another question does the wiring harness from the enigne go straight to the ecu(on a factory turboII)or does it go somewher else before it goes to the ecu.In other words i'm lost if any of you have done this i would greatly appreciate whatever help you can give me or if any of you have a stock s5 ecu wired up already that you want to sell or if you know anybody that does this let me know thanks again!

well most of the wires on the factory harness go right from the ecu to what ever sensor/switch/etc. there are some things on the car, like the trans switches, ecu powers, and some other stuff. its not too bad, it takes a lot of time though
