ok well so i recently had my car worked on, needed to get some wires rewired and whatnot. when i turned in the car my headlights were fine, flipped up and turned on, they're doing neither now that i've gotten it back. i feel like something was unplugged because nothing literally happens with them. the retractor fuse is fine as well. sorry for such a simple question, but hey i really don't know.
