stearing wheel shaking and offcentered how do i fix it?

Talking stearing wheel shaking and offcentered how do i fix it?

I have an 87 t2, How do i fix this my stearing wheel its really off-centered and its shaking at speeds over 40-50 mph and its harder to control. Is there an adjustment bolt somewhere? thanks

in my honda anything over 60 adn the wheel shakes real bad if you could turn around and lay on it you could get a hell of a massage.....dont know how to fix it tires might be out of balance

tires high-speed balanced?
front end parts (tie rods, bushings, ball joints, etc.) still good?
when those two issues are addressed, then get a good, quality alignment.
