hi, my engine is squealing, looks like power steering has a leak, fluid low and on pump. changed the belt most of noise is gone but not completely. first noticed the squealing coming off of track after race speeds. I was wondering if i need to use under drive pulleys. if waterpump is cavitating any ideas? thanks replacing p/s pump $200 pulleys $350

 

if your air pump is deleted,, the water pump can squeal as the alt belt is not intended for all the drive

you replace the missing air pump belt with a 10a 550 helper belt around only the water pump and main pulley ( no tensioner,, goes on like a bicycle chain )
