Sorry that is the best sounds I could describe, the sound come from under the passenger side. Everytime when the car boost and when I let off the throttle is make that weird sound. My car run funning too,like when i'm on full throttle in 1st and when I shift in 2nd and on full throttle, the car just stall for a second then the turbo start boost. I don't think is a vaccum leak because the boost is steady at 12psi, on both turbo.

Please give me some advice to get me started!!
