Smoke from radiator cap

Going to check out this fc thats for sale and this is the video provided by the owner.

He said he wasnt sure if there was smoking coming out of the exhaust ...I'm thinking I'll have to rebuild?

That car is severely overheating..
now..IF the owner caught it in time then there is a chance that it is ok.

I myself forgot to turn on my fan switch and went 10 blocks before noticing the gauge.It spewed coolant into the reservoir but the engine turned out ok....lasted another 2 years.!

If you are checking it out to buy it then you can expect the worse..and that can be a PLUS If you plan on fixing it!..
