When the clutch pedal is in and in gear, there are shuddering sounds from the clutch and the idle pulses. There are other noises such as a slight scrapin sound. What can this be? pls HELP

It is said to have a brand new clutchmasters clutch that is not broken in yet

 

the second problem sounds like it could be you throwout bearing. It could have siezed up and caused your pressure plate to be scraping/rubbing on it. Which will cause metal on metal screeching noise. I have had this similar problem and it calls for a new throwout bearingand possibly a new p plate, as for your other issues im not sure what could cause those.
