seal leaking cylinder pressure

My kid just picked up and 87 RX7 and it had some overheating problems.
He cooked it (not surprizing). Now there is a leak blowing out the drivers side of the engine. It is both compression and water.

Big question is: Does anyone know of an engine diagram on line? Where are the through bolts that pull the cylinder together? Do you think retigntening the bolts and some radeator/head gasket sealant would give him some time?

Thanks in advance,

Lou

If water is escapeing the eninge externally or internally it will need a rebuild. YOur have experianced the dreeded coolant seal failure. The tension bots are located in the rear of the engine there are two you can reach on the bottom in the rear.

Your best bet if you want to keep the car is to get the factory service manual and rebuild it. But rip it down fast or the irons and rotors will rust.
