CO S5 TPS and crank angle sensor help

Okay, So I am at my 4th rx7 since I just bought a sweet S5 N/A that ran great when I picked it up for the exception of a slight high and bumpy idle so me being the OCD freak that I am tried to make it purr like an alley cat.

First thing I tried was adjusting the timing....Si I got my timing light connected (Leading 1?) and grounded the correct wire to adjust then I noticed it was missing the bolt that locks the CAS.. any ways after much trying I could not get the timing to line up with the pulley...Very frustrating then after going through my FSm I tried adjusting the TPS since I read it causes timing issues.

I set narrow range to .8 Ohms at idle and it runs like crap and dies out as well as the timing is not lining up (Way to advanced) And I did line up the dot on the CAS to the mark.

Any ideas?

Solved (Main problem caused by bad spark plug wires)

I had just changed my plugs and remembered that the boot at the spark plug side didn't "snap" on the plug so I swapped cables from my S4 to my S5 and walla, the car runs on it's own now but still has bouncy and high idle (1000-1500 RPM) which I will be looking in to in the following days.
I already used a smoke machine to check for vacuum leaks and there is three noticeable ones.

The intake pipe that meets with the UIM was pinching the vacuum line towards the....Dam I forgot the name little thing with a rod that opens and closes..Anyways that this was leaking as well and the idle valve at the rear of the intake is leaking from the gasket.
