S5 TII how much fuel pressure should I have

currently I'm at 32 psi at 1,000rpm idle / 40 psi static. Doing searches it seems everyone has a different view. I'm going to tune the power FC this weekend and just wanted input on where you think I should have the fuel regulator set.

bnr upgrade turbo, 10-15 psi boost range is what I'm shooting for

Close to 30 is just fine while idling. Starting and full throttle would be closer to 40psi.
