s4 n/a idles at 1500 won't budge

Hello my s4 won't drop from 1500 rpm it idled perfectly at 750 until one day it just wouldn't. I have reset the tps at fully warm idle it's at 1k and at wot it's at 3.9k idk if this is bad I know the specs are 5k +~1k. Any help is greatly appreciated thank you

Also I can turn my throttle linkage on the front of the intake and make it idle down idk if this is supposed to happen but I don't think so and looking at the throttle blades the primary on bottom is open slightly at idle. Is that correct or is something jammed again thank you for any insight you can give me.

possible the thermowax is stuck, or the hoses to/from it are clogged

I will check that out tonight for sure. Do you have any info on the throttle plate gap at idle I can't find anything on it? Thank you for your reply.

Fixed it!!!!!!!! So happy right now. the thermowax was getting no coolant so no way it could function properly. Idles smooth at 750 so if you have a high idle or pulsating idle triple check your lines to and from the tthermowax. easy way to bleed out air is slightly wiggle coolant line on the right side of thermowax when fully warmed up be very careful tho hot coolent hurts bad. ThisWorked for me hope it helps others
