pump relay resistor testing

I cannot find a resource for testing the s4 resistor relay pack.

I reference the fsms
It's says the resistor I have is s5 na (according to the output devices diagram) but when I go to the references page it shows the two piece resistor relay and it's testing procedure. I need to test the denso unit. The plug has five tangs on it (not six like the other unit)
Can you help?

the fuel injector resistor? or the fuel pump speed resistor?

both are easy, a resistor should just have some resistance, and it if you wiggle stuff it shouldn't change. i believe off the top, that both are 6 ohm resistors, but i would double check in the FSM which is here: Foxed.ca - Mazda RX-7 Manuals
