Hey guys, I have a 86 s4 that I picked up recently. Gave it a full tune up from Atkins, replaced the coolant temp and coolant level sensor, but now I'm running into a problem. I'm having a feeling the motor has a small coolant seal leak internally, I top off the car once or twice a week when the coolant level sensor buzzer goes off, but the cars temp stays allitle over 1/4 with no spikes. What ever coolant I put in the car gets forced to the overflow tank. Also I just noticed a small water leak at the water neck gasket, could that be the problem? Or is it time to soon pull the engine for a rebuild or a t2 swap?

Fix the leak first.Eliminate the obvious.Check for leaks.
I don't know why you would think of throwing another engine in just yet.It won't help your wallet any.
