Hello,

I am having an issue where I just ordered a starter and I believe it does not make contact with the flywheel. I made a video which I shared through my google drive below to show the issue. The starter I ordered is brand new. Its a WAI 16930N. The old starter is a rebuilt one, part number m1t70881. These both sould be turbo starters I believe and the old one engaged just fine. I did have the new one bench tested and it works fine. Im not sure why it wont engage. Any help is VERY appreciated.
