Rx7 Rebuilt engine

Hi i recently purchased an rx7 with a freshly rebuilt engine it hasnt been broken in yet i was wondering how many kilometers that would be? And the car had a lot of aftermarket performance parts installed and the stock turbos were switched to non seq, so i was wondering when i should get a tune? After the break in and when?
I also have a T04z turbo with a manifold i was thinking of swapping it with the stock twins? any opinions and suggestions on which set up could potentially make more power and be better? and if i were to install the Single t04z turbo when would that be i basically need help with the steps i want to know if i should get it tuned first or broken in first and if i want to install the single turbo would i get it tuned with the twins first and run it till break in, sorry its very confusing
i would appreciate the help thank you

Look up RxTuning and Performance on Facebook and talk with Marco.
He is in your area and he gave me 357 on a Stock TII keg with a T04S.That car was Nuts!

As far as a tuning on a fresh engine he can give you advice on that.

If you have no clue as to how to tune one of these I would definitely NOT be doing it myself.
It is better to be safe AND financially smart and leave it to someone that is very familiar with doing this.

break is is usually about 1000 miles, tuning can depend on the situation as i had a customer that had an overly rich tune for break in and the seals were so carboned up that they were sticking in the rotor slots, which might have been the reason why the seals warped on the dyno. so if the car is absurdly rich, even for break in sometimes it isn't a bad idea to get a basic road tune but this is unlikely unless you upgraded the primary injectors.
