1987 gxl non turbo 13b jdm 13bt turbo swap. Extended harness plugged in turbo ecu cranks no spark? Checked power at coils and CAS. All good. Checked resistance on CAS aswell good. Also checked all the pins on the ecu I could think of having to do with the CAS and coils also good. Anyone have any idea where to go from here. Would appreciate it

 

Check the Vref power of 5 volts w/key to on at a sensor such as the TPS or Boost Sensor. A 0 volt reading will prevent the engine from starting. Also, the coil/igniter gets a ground from being mounted solidly to the fender. No ground, no spark.
