MD RX-7 FC Boost issues!

Ok i have an FC with a Haltech E8 setup! Bought the car from the Original owner with this setup,Engine is fairley new, Built by RX-7 World,Recentley had it at Speedone in PA to have it tuned come to find out it wasnt able to be tuned all the way because of a stuck wastegate,So i replaced the diaphram and spring in it and free'd up the stuck wastegate not sure why that happen either, My thought was it wasnt driven much and set and seized up from that,It was tuned somewhat with the issue it had with the wastegate being stuck,Now to the problem,It will build boost fine unless you get on the throttle a bit and it tends to fall on its face,At this point im stumped to what could be causing this issue,Car runs and iddles perfect except for when you try to boost it fairley good, Iv only had the car up to about five pounds of boost never have ragged on it.Car has about 800 miles on the build! Any Help would be appreciated,Im new to the whole Haltech as well so no bashing as im still learning.Car has a T3 Turbo setup as well.I also Posted this Post in the Haltech section but got to thinking it might not be related to the Haltech at all and maybe a Fuel pump issue or something like that,Car has a Walbro fuel pump in it,
Iv heard good and bad thing about the Walbro, I Also niticed sometimes if the car sets a week or so that it takes awhile to start it when cranking it over.
