Running lean

I noticed im running slightly lean under decelleration but stoich/rich under hard acceleration. This only occoured when I put a k/n conical on my T2. Should I put the stock air box back on?

The ECU is supposed to go to full lean under decel. Mine goes so low it doesnt register on the gauge.
