Rough Idle and Stalling

I don't know if its just the heat or something else but during the day my car runs a rough idle and tends to die when I come to a stop. I own a 89 Turbo II and this is my first summer owning one. Any help would be great. What could the possible causes be and what could I do to fix it. PLEASE HELP

Thanks
Cooper

+2. The TPS sounds like a suspect, you should always check.

TPS = Throttle Position Sensor. Check your timing too...
