Rhd fd cluster wiring help!

Hey guys, I’ve recently purchased my first rx7 as a time attack project. The previous owner ready had it set up for road racing. I had the car shipped to me from across Canada, upon receiving it I noticed the cluster wasn’t working to find out they used a haltech setup before. The wires for water temp and oil have been cut but that’s not an issue for me. I’m trying to figure out what connectors are for the speedo and tach. On the back of the cluster I’m missing the center clip, is this on the chassis harness? Also in my picture in blue is a white clip, does this plug into somewhere on the chassis side? I pulled back some of the loom and tape on the chassis harness to see if anything is buried hoping to find something but no luck

There are 6 different wiring diagram books for the FD, What's your vin? That'll eliminate all of the guesswork and get you the correct information.

The CPU/Speedometer board handles everything related to the tachometer. Per the 7/1993 Wiring Diagram, Yellow/Blue wire on Connector C-01 Pin 3F is from the ECU (Pin 2B, Tach Signal). It is one of the two connectors with 12 pins on it and a spacer block in the center. The surrounding terminals, 3E, 3D and 3C are Green/Red (From ECU Pin 1M (Speed Sensor), also to Cruise Control and EC-AT), Brown/White (Coolant Level Sensor) and Blue/Red (Vehicle Speed Sensor) respectively.

As for the missing connector, if you can get a clear, straight shot of where it plugs into on the board, I can tell you which of the four "C-01" connectors you're missing. Then you can look in the 3rd Gen section's Connector thread for who makes it and source a new one.
