Rebuilding a s4 13b?

First I would like to say that I no longer own an rx-7. I used to have a 10th anniversary t2. I do however have I s4 turbo and parts for 4 s4 n/a's. I am building an 84 b2000, I'm going to use the s4 turbo motor. I want to rebuild it myself because I do everything myself. I would like to make between 350-400 hp. What exactly would I need motorwise not turbos and accessories. What things should be done internally to the motor to make it reliable under these cirumstances. Large apex seals? What port config street, bridge? Can the side housings be machined flat or must the be replaced? What things internally should I look out for and replace if they a questionable. Do I need to have machince work done and if so were are the best places to have it done near St Louis? Thanks for your help

Best Regards Kris,
