Rebuilding my 87' 13BT Some ?

I building this engine for Time Trials. The car has 30k miles on it.
I decided to tear the engine down for a couple reasons.
Since the Housings and Plates are are great shape. I've decided to
sell them and I got all new ones. I know that sounds silly. But high mileage
ones really aren't worth anything. These are worth a little more and decided that
it would offset some of the amount of buying new ones.
I'll be putting them up for sale soon.
I went with all S5 TII housings and plates.
The front and rear stationary gear bearings look good (almost new). So I
was going to reuse them. But also thinking about going with the 3 window
bearings. Rotor bearings also look good (almost new). I was thinking about
going with the carburetor air jets for the Eccentric Shaft. I bought an
FD front and rear oil pressure regulators.

My question is, If I just reuse the stock front and rear stationary gears and
do not use the carburetor air jets for the Eccentric Shaft. SO pretty much
everything stock. Should I not upgrade to the FD front and rear pressure
regulators? I did some research on it and a lot of the info is contradicting.
Since I'm running a stock class. The motor won't be ported or anything.
So I won't be running it over the 7k redline as it won't be making power
over that anyways. I'm leaning more towards of just running the stock
front and rear oil pressure regulators. But wanted some opinions on it.
Just don't want blow by or anything.
Thanks in advance!

Or maybe an Rx8 front and rear regulators would be ok.
