Rebuild. O-ring inside plastice washer?

I can not for the life of me remember where the o-ring that has a plastice white piece around it goes... hellllp....

they are for the timing cover oil passage from the front plate
they are used on post 88 engines ( s5 engines onwards )
prior motors use only a simple O ring , without the nylon support
