FC Aluminum hood

What years and models came with an NA Aluminum hood? How much are they worth or selling for? Thanks

All convertibles, the GTUs, and some turbo II's. I've seen them go for anywhere between $50-250 depending on the condition they are in.

stock TII hood was aluminum, but back in the day and up to a few years ago they sold steel aftermarket TII hoods.

No, there were some 87 model year Turbo II with a steel hood from the factory (mostly early production in 86).

Your best bet is to check it out and lift the sucker. You'll notice if it's steel or not right away.

lol, I got an alum hood but it's pretty fucked up, so I don't know if it's repairable.

i got a turbo II and its got aluminium hood. but when it hail cus the aluminium is soft, it copt it hard and they r hard to repair. so i had to buy a steel one

i scrap metaled mine and got 13.20aud

to check if its aluminium or steel, try a magnet on it

I have about 6 or 7 Turbo II aluminum hoods and one NA aluminum hood.
All of which are for sale.
