No luck! First of all, the bolts are not 1.00, they are 1.25. I had a hard time with the length so I ended up just welding the oil injectors closed that way I didn't have a problem with rotor clearence or messing up the threads on the block.
The block off plate worked perfect. The problem is that it still smokes!
I guess rebuilding it is my last option.
