question aboput the two step system

My question is about the two step system i have heard of this system but i dont quite know how it work's or the components involved if someone can please explain to me what exactly is the two step system and how it works i would really appreciate it thanx guy's ......

if it is what i think your reffering to i understand it like this, it allows you to set a rev limit but hold the throttle wide open, there for building boost. This allows you to launch the car from a dead stop with out waiting for the turbos to build boost.

yeah, it's a boost building thing. i think it builds boost by drastically retarding the timing. if you've ever watched rally racing and notice all the popping and flames when they're about to launch....same thing.
