Question Purchasing a project car

I am seriously considering purchasing my first RX-7. The car is most definatly a project in the works. It has a new mazda replacement engine (with under 50 miles) a straight body, and a well taken care of interior. Without going in to too much detail... here's what I'll need:
Twin Turbo complete assembly
exhaust manifold
complete exhaust system
intercooler with all plumbing
radiator with all plumbing
vacuum line set
blow off valve
water pump
thermostat
air seperation tank
clutch
flywheel
intake system (minus manifold)
plug wires and plugs
I also need alot of misc. gaskets, brakets, hoses, etc......

I have quite a bit of experience in automotive systems repair and performance tuning, but no speakable rotory experience. If I could ask a specific question it would read something like this:
Is this project too much for me to handle?
However, this question has far to many variables to be answered with any accuracy. So, if anyone has any warnings, tips, experience, or the like to share- I would greatly appreciate your input!
