Pros of deleting S4 Mechanical OMP

So I'm in the process of rebuilding my motor. It's an 88 TII. Now I've been reading and searching like crazy on the topic and I've had plenty of questions answered but none on my particular question. I've heard being that the S4 OMP was mechanical instead of electrical, it was a solid system that rarely failed. I see the reason for deleting the electrical but I want to know the pros of deleting, specifically the mechanical style, omp system and cons (besides remembering to premix) because mostly besides that I don't see any.

Your opening another can of beans that has been opened way to many times before. Keep searching and make your own decision, theres pros and cons to keeping it and getting rid of it.

Opinions are like ********, everyone has one, in this case, you choose what you think is the pretty *******

The problem is not that it does or doesn't fail. Yeah, you need to search this one

The S4 Omp system is really a reliable injection system compared to the crappy S5 Electric "wtf is that thing".
Next to that is Premixing or external 2 stroke (Rotary Aviation system) lubrication system.
Pros of deleting the OMP?..looks prettier..(ohhhh..ahhh..less parts..wunnerrrfulll!)
Cons of Premixing?..WTF is that guy doing putting that crap in with his gas and why does his car smell like a lawnmower?

Note to self...stop typing "Wednesday,Thursday,Friday"

Thanks for the reply guys. I know it's been gone over a lot I guess what I'm finding out is a cleaner motor and the ability to run a full synthetic in the case. But I also know there's the extra work in ore mixing. Just wasn't sure if it was worth it comparative to the fairly solid omp system.

well, the good thing about your situation Iduley is that if you ever find a girl that "loves your cologne" you can ask her if she would like to see your wood!..lol!

I got the S5 N/A now,so I sort of miss the smell of the Hopped up TII I had.
Then again I can drive this car with a turn of the key and go..
