Pressure testing the manifold for vacuum leaks/ fluctuating afr's/ flooding/ Help

So to start off with the car. 13b Rew single 35r 850 2000cc injectors half bridge port. I recently switched ECU's and came from a power FC to a Aem infinity system. The car always had a bit of an issue starting. I always had to go wot when cranking to start the car. When it ran my afr seems to jump a lot. (I need to see someone else's to confirm this.) The engine was rebuilt 5k ago by myself. I reused my apex seals cause it was a coolant seal failure. The seals all measured within factory specs. I also replaced all the seals springs.
Anyways i got it to run a few times all seemed good. Had to go wot throttle to start it. The very next day when I wanted to start tuning the engine floods and killed my brand new plugs. I've messed with cranking fuel tables and dropped it literally to no fuel. Still no good. I replaced plugs and deflood it, got it running again. Started amazing instantly. But it does it all over again the very next day. Was told to check for vacuum leaks so I decided to buld a way to pressurize the manifold and inspect for leaks. I had the plugs out of the motor while I did this and could feel and smell the air passing through the engine. I assume this is a bad sign? Maybe the fuel has dropped the compression way off and is causing this? Then engine has yet been ran since it flood and I have dry cranked it several times. My car based off logs is pulling about 7psi worth of vacuum at 1300rpm for my port. Is this normal for a half bridge? The manifold can't hold any pressure and I can't hear any leaks when I put the plugs back in, but I think the air is passing through the entire motor out the exhaust. I'm gonna attempt to start it tomorrow get it warm and do a compression test. Any help would be good. Also if someone could tell me or show me what a typical wideband gauge looks like during idle for a hbp that would be nice. Im not sure if it's supposed to fluctuate a whole not or not.
