Crank and Cam Sensors?

Crank and Cam Sensors?
Hey guys so i went single turbo and got a new wire harness from Rywire. everything is fine except the last two connections. they are marked Crank and other is Cam. Can someone tell me what the heck this means? I mean i know theres no Cam sooooooo haha does it matter what one goes to what sensor? Heres a pic thanks for the help guys

Crank is the sensor on the inner side of the wheel measuring the 12 (or was that 24?) teeth.
Cam is the sensor on the outside of the wheel measuring the 2 teeth.
Crank gives an engine RPM signal. Cam tells the ECU when the engine crosses TDC (roughly) so it can calculate the position based on the signals from Crank.
