Portig exhaust without taking apart the engine?

Is it possible to remove the baffles in the s4 na 13b engine without disassembling the whole motor? I would do it but am afraid of metal shavings going into the motor. I have the motor on a stand with the exhaust manifold off. Any ideas?

The diffusers are held on by pins that need to be extracted. They cannot be accessed without taking the motor apart.

No, but if you decide to dissassemble it and replace them I have a new set of titanium sleeves from Rotary Works for sale for $20 under the website price. PM me if u want 'em.
