Poor idle + misfire?

I just bought this car last night, drove it 150 miles back home. It drove great. I replaced the belts this morning. I take it for a quick spin down the road it feels like I hit a brick wall since then it idled poorly, and it takes off with no power. Possibly fouled plugs? Need new wires?

If you compression check the engine you can, first get an idea ..if the engine is ok ..search doing compression..comp check etc....a few other things you can check while you are at it are..fuel filter..when were the plug wires replaced last?...is the timing ok?..eliminate some of this (tune -up stuff) and see what goes on from there..do you know the car's history..(previous owner..how it was driven)..how is the exhaust?..does it have a catalytic?..does the car emit smoke from the tail pipe..after warm-up...does the exhaust smell..gassy ,oily ,sweet?...say it won't run past 4K...runs ok below?...take it for a run then look at the cat...glowing ..replace it..just a couple things for ya ..have fun..(manual is a bible!)..post what you come up with or results ..(lol..the car is new to "us" as well!!!..j/k)

sounds like you have a vacuum leak. check everything along the intake. I.E. manifolds, vac lines...etc

around 4k is when the secondary injectors kick in
possible the secondaries are disconnected or something

Its an N/A. Should only be one set of injectors. If there are others I dont see any.

But we figured out the problem to be a faulty injector. Putting new ones on tonight.
