I'm pretty sure it will bolt up to the motor. I have seen plenty of people use 12A trans on a FC. But you r going to have to make your out mounts for the back of the transmisison.

You will also need the 12A auto counter weight. Iirc, the starter is different too, I believe it is the same starter as the TII, due to the flex plate being the same diameter as the TII flywheel.
