plugs question

sup guy, i just got a used streetported engine 20k on a rebuild. When i got it home i was inspecting it and it has what looked to be regular plugs youd seen in a piston engine. i was wondering what damage could have been done if he was useing those plugs?. im not sure if he took his plugs out and just put those in to plug the holes. any info as soon as possible would help thanks.

As long as the plugs do not extend pass the rotor surface wall, non rotory plugs can be used.

All the high HP owners run regualr type plugs, not Mazda plugs.

Commom are : NGK B10EGV or similar race plugs.

If it's all stock factory plugs and wires will be more than sufficient. The factory coils are also more than dependable,in fact my 88 t2 which is steet ported and built to the hilt still uses factory ECU and coils.
