Opinions Wanted: 13BT Problems

Ok so, in august last year i bought my car(2nd gen(1990) rx-7(13B.T)) But i wasnt able to get my license today until now, so i couldnt drive my car because i had to pay it off and i couldnt afford that insurance and gas. So i started it like every 2 weeks to a month in the winter to make sure it was okay, and it just needed a boost. So i got it registered/insured today, and i was driving it only medicore hard only around 4500-5500RPM shifts sometimes, it was running Great with great power great boost, great spool, and smooth powerband, until i took a small rip over to my friends house and i got there fine it boosted great and i parked it, and i came out half an hour later, jumped in my car to go, backed away and there was a medium sized leak on the ground, and i didnt think much of it, But i looked at it and it was a substantial size oil puddle,i drove anyway, but as soon as i hit 3500 in my car on the drive away, its like it lost all power, gained it back for a split second, lost it again, in a very sharp jolty manor, very fast jolts, and i couldnt get passed 4000 RPM. So i turned around quickly because i didnt want to further hurt it. And when i get it up to whatever rpm when it is parked and in neutral, there is no power loss its a smooth band all the way to top rpms.... WHen it is cold.

I just spent a bunch of money getting this thing on the road and its already died on me, any help would be great in as to what i should do, or what i need to buy.

Oh and the guy i bought off of, his name is Richard Bilow and he owns Refine Auto Salon, he was a great guy but i thought i would just speak that too.

thanks guys

UPDATE:

Okay so i did an oil change, i could not identify any leaks points and i searched the whole lower engine bay.

I also changed the oil filter

I took the ride for a spin, and it was smoother, probably because the new oil was nice for it, considering the old stuff was black, and it was running smoother than before but still with problems. Then it gradually got back to where it was before as my engine temp rose. So nothing has changed.

But there was no oil leak after i came back 30 mins after that

I also added some fuel system lubricant and cleaner, and it usually takes about 15km or something like that to start working, so i dunno if that stuff would help or what, and if i should risk driving my car.

But the problem still proceeds
Please help!

UPDATE:

Also

Today me and a friend took apart the intake system, all the way down to the turbo, and the down pipe connecting to the turbo seemed loose, so we tightened everything back up and took it for a spin

It was still very hesitant in the rpm range of 3000-4000(depending on what gear) But as soon as a got over those rpms, it had what seemed to be regular boosting after that, very little hesitation.

Before i did any work to the car regarding the problem, it ran alot better when it was cold, and horrible when it was hot.
Now , what i said above, where the car isnt having problems over those rpms, was happening when it was warm.

I am thinking it may be a boost leak or something but i have no easy way to check for boost leaks.
Does anyone else know how?

Oh, and I also checked the turbo for shaft play, and there was little to none.

Thanks for reading

UPDATE:

Just took it for a spin and man is it acting WEIRD

2nd gear there is some hesitation in early 3000's range, then after it has the boost, it was like it was regular, great boost and whatever.

when i was at about the point where it would surge, i would engage the clutch and rev it above 4000 then let go, then it had the boost power

And when i left to go for this spin, there was another oil puddle on the ground

It was VERY weird acting in gear 1 and 3

First clean your TPS and reconnect it. secondly you may have the dreaded hot start issue, when you run the car and park it the o-ring on the injectors are expanded and some gas leaks into the rotor housings. Thirdly reground your motor and body grounds especially because your up north and the corrosion with eat away at a good connection. Try cleaning the TPS, and do a reground, if the problem still persists then change your injectors.
