OMP failure...
I had just gotten a few miles short of 2k on the "new" rebuilt engine when out of nowhere, cruising on the highway @ around 60mph the engine went LIMP!!!
WTF? right!! no boost, low rpm...surely it cant be detonation! LOW LOAD??????
Nursed it home, and found the omp line going to the front rotor dry! SOB...the omp o ring leaking oil all over and 2 dead chambers.
So here I go again...next week order RA super seals, coolant seals and OMP BLOCK OFF PLATE!!!! just like every other component thats a liability, its getting deleted!
Its PREMIX for me from here on out!!!!!!!! I'm tired of pulling my engine for bullshit...2 times thermostats, one time oil pump, 2 catastrophic detonations and now the omp.
