Oil Questions. Noob to Rotary

Hey sorry to bother you guys. im new to rotary. ill be getting an FC in a few days.
Juss wondering... what do you guys recommend on oil? what and which...

Dino oil, changed frequently.

Unless you remove the stock oil injection system and premix, then run whatever the heck you want in the crankcase, changed frequently.
