info
-just put in a engine awhile back 4 months or so...bought a daily so its been in a garage
-I removed the omp system as I was putting the engine back in, running premix now
-Removed the crank pulley to give the pulley back to the owner i bought the engine from
-there are no oil leaks around the outside of the engine or puddles on the ground.
-sending unit seems to be working fine
-i run 20w50 non syn

Problem
-when the car starts i have around 60 psi and as the car warms up the oil pressure goes down.
-at crusing speeds of 3K I'm lucky to have over 10 psi off the factory gauge.(the car is fully warmed up)
-I do think it is related to the thermowax plug or the oil pressure regulator(need to get the factory survice manual to see were it located)

Answers
- Just need to ask people if im overlooking somthing possibly
-and if anyone would have some pointers that would be great

Your best bet may be to get a hold of a mechanical oil pressure gauge and make sure that your guage readings are actually correct. Stock guages have a problem with not reading right.
