Had a quick question that hopefully isn't a serious problem.

Tomorrow i'm supposed to go look at an rx-7 for the second time and drive it. It's a 1987 turbo ii. The exterior is in rather shitty condition, but I don't care. The only blatantly noticable problem is a film of oil on the bottom of the motor that appears to have collected gradually over time. Any indication as to what kind of problem oil on the bottom of the engine is and what I should expect?

Oh yeah, it has 109k on it and is owned by an rx-7 fanatic who's already owned 5 beforehand and now has a kid on the way and needs money.
