OBX fuel pressure regulator

I have a OBX Fuel Pressure regulator. I was wondering what presure to set it at and how. Iam working on a 86 rx7 na. gots a few mods on it. but if anyone knows what kinda of pressure to set it at. I just installed a walbro fuel pump and was wondering if i can push the psi up a little on my injectors. I was guessing around 36 psi on the reg with the vac line off. But let me know. Rob (also if anyone has a sending unit for a 86 na let me know)
