Talking not reading oil pressure

Hi

i just switched my gauge cluster and it sais i have 0 oil pressure but it said i had full oil pressure before i switched so i switched back and it still sais 0 but the car runs ok is this a problam? what can cause it is it ok to drive or not?

Check your oil pressure sending unit (driver's side of the block) and also re-check all you just messed with when swapping out your instrument cluster. Common sense says you unplugged a wire or something like that.
