Noise under car...differential??

My car is making this clicking noise under the car in the rear once i accelerate a lil...usually in the beginning fof the rev.....so i was thinking it may be the driveshaft, or differential. Im not feeling any vibrations in the pedal when in throttle....can it be low in differential fluid????Not a clue. I doubt its the exhaust cuz i would be able to tell the noise if its rubing on anything. Has this happened to anyone?? thx any help is appreciated

My second gen is doing the same thing. I took it to a mechanic and he said it was the throw-out bearing on the clutch. 400 $$ to fixx.
