Question Replacing seals do I go with APex 2mm or 3mm???

Hi guys im a new 3rd gen owner and new to this site so I hope I am posting in the right section! I bought a 1993 RX7 and the engine needs the seals and water pump replaced I am planning on upgrading the turbo's and hopefully getting it up to the 500RWHP mark so I wanna make sure I replace the parts accordingly so do I go with the 2mm or 3mm Apex seals??? and if I just replace the water pump with another stock water pump is that good enough??? Thanks in advance for all your help!

Hi and welcome to the forum. This topic has been covered in all rotary related forums so many times that I think for your application SEARCHmm seals would be the best option.

You won't find a clear winner though. It's like discussing thin vs. thick condoms. Some will say you can increase the timing othes will say if you are tuned right why need extra thickness
