No Spark to Plugs

So I have a 1986 FC N/A. After an oil change I started the car and went for a drive, turned the corner and she sputtered and died. Car wont start but it is sounding like she wants to, Battery is charged, starter is working but there is no spark getting to the plugs. I have tried different plugs but to no avail. somebody I took the car to before flooded It out to the point gas came out of the intake but i have deflooded it since then so i am back to no spark at plugs and the smell of fuel when trying to start the car up. Any Ideas?

Chances are the 40 amp EGI INJ fuse blew in the engine fuse box. If it were good, the Black/Yellow wire at the lead coil would have 12 volts w/key to on.
