NO power at 4 grand

I just got a 88 fc and it does not have any power at 4,000 rpms. it runs good up to that point, the motor only has 105,000 miles on it. i have no idea what is wrong, i gave it a fresh tune up. PLEASE HELP

No power or does not rev past 4k? If you can't rev past 4k, then try checking the secondary injector connections.

Might also be stuck aux ports or clogged cats.
