No fuel in fuel rail?!? Car won't start?

Bought my 88 not to long ago. Top o-ring on rear(primary, I believe) injector went and was leaking fuel so I pulled the fuel rail off, replaced the o-ring and now the car won't start? No fuel pumping in to the fuel rail even? Fuel pump is on with ignition but not pumping any fuel? Also, on a side note the power window fuse went. Radio won't come on either. No other fuse is blown in either box. I know my way around a motor but this is my first rotary. Not off to a good start tho...hopefully someone can help me?? Is there some special way to bleed the fuel system or something I'm missing? Thanks for helping the rookie.

Jumper the fuel check connector and w/key to on see if fuel flows properly. Also, if you disconnected the fuel lines (inflow/outflow) did you reconnect them wrong by mixing them up.
