New radiator spewing out fluids?

Alright, I bought a new radiator the other day for my 86 Rx7. Its a little different tho. It has a rad. cap on the radiator wich my original didn't... But I plugged the over flow gate on the original Over flow cap and routed it to the new radiator.

But after I drive the car for a 5 or so minutes it'll overheat still like it has no coolant but its full. And once I turn it off and let it cool down and try to crank her over it'll spew coolant everwhere! Do I need a new water pump? I already replaced the thermo and hoses... what else could it be. There is a crack in the block by the spark plugs about 2" away and it leaks a little coolant but not much... I was gonna get it sealed

What should I do?

Where does it spew coolant from?
You dont need a new water pump unless the weep hole is weeping or it doesnt turn freely.
