New LSD need some help!

i recently bought an 89 gtu witha 13bt motor in it. ...Finally got around to getting an LSD for it and me and my friend (whos installing it) are having some problems. When they put the driveshaft back on and torqued it down to the diff. it was really stiff. We found out theres a certain amount of pounds its supposed to be torqued, does anyone know how much? and should i just keep the drifveshaft the gtu comes with or buy a turbo 2 driveshaft?

All the hardware( nuts/bolts) you removed needs to be torqued down to a specific setting. The torque specs are in the FSMs which can be downloaded through the links in the 2nd Gen FAQ stickie, or you can get the settings from a Haynes manual which can be obtained at most auto parts stores for <$20. Are you sure you have the right combo of parts?
You say the car has a 13bt, does it have the turbo transmission, driveshaft, diff, halfshafts?NA and turbo drivetrain parts dont mix.
