hello everyone, i am a new 89 turbo II owner. theres a few small things i notice that are broken and would like to know if anyone can advice me on how to fix them.

1) fuel warning light dosen't work, the light turns on when i turn the key so i know is not the bulb.

2) the cigarette lighter igniter dosen't work... it did work until earlier today i had to plug in my air compressor to pump air....it was working for about 2-3 minutes and then the pump turned off i thought my compressor burned out but when i plug the cigarette lighter back in, it didn't work either...so could i have just blew a fuse or something? please advice thanks!
