Need Some Help!!!!!!! What To Do!!!!!!

Rearend Or Driveshaft? What To Do!!!!!!!!
Ok,
Today I went to my girls house to pick her up, and I came to the first street leaving there, it is a good size hill and is had sand on the right side of it! I start to accelerate up it and my right tire starts to spin in the sand then as soon as my right tire gets out of the sand, my car makes a funny noise from the middle of the car (like something came apart in the tranny) the car starts to shake so I stop on the hill. I put it in reverse and try to back up it starts to move in reverse for about 4 feet then, it felt like something was binding up and stopping me. So, I put it in neutral and let it role down the hill back onto my girls street. I get out and turn my car around on foot, I get back in and put it in first gear an try to go the car starts to move, then it makes a thunk, thunk, thunk noise like somthing was hitting. (like maybe a broke axel noise) So, anyhow I put it in first gear and started to accelerate the car makes that thunk noise then I shift into second gear and it starts to go away. I drove about a 1/2 mile back to my girls house and parked it. The clutch feels fine, it goes in to all gears, and it starts up, I never had any problems with the gears, clutch and etc... I have about 120,000 miles on my car. Like I was saying it is binding up in reverse, I put the car in reverse and it will go back about 3 or 4 feet then it starts to feel like there is something stopping me I try give it a little gas and it just sits there and O yeah that damn wierd noise! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!
If you need more info about anything else just let me know, I do know alot about the REX

Ok, I had one reply to this original post. Rxtasy3 told me it might be my spider gears but, I also think it could also be a U-joint! I will not know until Sunday when me and my bro get that trailer to bring her home to look at her. Anyhow if anyone knows what it might be wrong or where I could get new parts at a good price? Also, what type of rearend or driveshaft should I get and where? My car is a 90 GXL 2+2
